The Service

An unusual and unique service offered to all clients of this program is on-site visits and inspections by the staff of Custom Harvest Insurance, Ltd. Using a motor home rigged with all the latest office equipment, the staff makes a 14,000-mile, 2-month trip to visit the clients throughout the US and review their insurance program. During the review, pricing for the renewing year is provided, as well as the production of all forms necessary for financing, proof of insurance, and renewal questionnaire.

The agency employs the most recently developed software for agency management, accounting and policy production using a networked desktop computer system. Two fax machines, 7 phone lines and 2 e-mail accounts provide a variety of methods of communication.

A regularly published safety newsletter provides insight into common problems of custom harvesters and tips for controlling losses.

Custom Harvest Insurance, Ltd. provides nationwide insurance programs with special emphasis in the following states: Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Mississippi, Alabama and California.

During the months of April and May, the staff travels to ten sites through the mid-west states to host and instruct safety schools. During the schools, clients who have maintained a claim-free record are recognized with a special safety award program. Additionally, loss free years result in premium discounts for these clients.
