Mike Esau, President

Mike works primarily with outside sales of new and renewal business. He also devotes time to loss control coordination and safety program development. Mike developed and oversees a niche program for cotton module haulers within the Custom Harvest Insurance program.

Larry Minner, CIC, CRM, Secretary

Larry works specifically with program development and program management. He handles outside sales of new and renewal business. The safety newsletter, safety awards program, and annual safety schools are his responsibility. He also developed and oversees a niche program for citrus and vegetable harvesters.

Deborah Minner, Claims

Deborah devotes much of her time to claims administration, acting as the liaison between our clients and the adjusting firms handling the claim. She is one of the two primary phone answering people. As a Fine Arts degree holder, she also tries to bring beauty through art into our work environment.

Dolores Larison, CIC, CISR, Underwriting

Dolores is responsible for front line underwriting including rating, broad-based client-acceptability decisions and coverage placement for one half of the program book of business. She additionally does service work to produce client endorsement changes, certificates of insurance, proof of insurance for lienholders and municipal authorities and state and federal insurance filings.

Curt Minner, Underwriting

Curt is responsible for front line underwriting for the other half of the program book of business. He determines risk acceptability, insurance pricing, and coverage placement. He also assists with certificates, state and federal filings and proof of insurance forms. As a former Class A PGA professional, he is responsible for all company golf outings and lessons to help keep his father's handicap below 20.

Doug Minner, IT Guy and Agency Production Control

Doug keeps all the computer systems running and is the one everyone yells at when the computer stops working. He is in charge of scanning all records to history, assisting with policy production, maintaining the agency customer data base and assisting with many behind the scenes agency responsibilities. As a former graphic design artist, Doug produces all the insurance special cover designs and agency logos.

Janice Minner, CPA, Accounting

Janice deals with brokers, producers and insurance companies regarding premium billings and payments. She oversees all client billing and all account payable activity. Additionally, she maintains her own private accounting firm in Goodland, Kansas.
